Schroff was a successful ad sales representative in Manhattan. Maurice was a homeless 11-year-old panhandler. He asked for change; she kept walking. Then something stopped her, and she went back. I know that this is a interesting book because all the copies are checked out of the UMW library.  
This book is also available at the public library.

Prayer Partners

If you would like to be a prayer partner for a youth or adult going to  work with the Appalachia Service Project in Jeff, Kentucky on the mission trip June 28th.

Please pick up an envelope between services next Sunday. 

In side the envelope there is a picture of your partner and a short bio about them.  Also the address of the center in Perry County were they will be for the week, make houses dryer, safer, warmer.
