You're Invited Reception for Evelyn Saffer Come and celebrate this special occasion.    A reception honoring the 90th birthday of Evelyn Saffer is Saturday, September 27 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) at the Lucille Raines Residence, 947 N.
